1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or purchasing services from Panache Interiors LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Panache Interiors LLC provides interior design, styling, decorating consultation, space planning, sourcing, and related creative services.

All services are subject to availability and project acceptance.

3. Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Promotional consultation credits may be applied toward eligible design services but may not apply toward retainers or reservation fees unless explicitly stated.

4. Deposits & Payments

Projects may require deposits, retainers, or reservation fees before work begins.

Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in individual client agreements and invoices.

Failure to make payments may result in paused work, delayed timelines, or project cancellation.

5. Reservation Retainers

Reservation retainers secure a future project spot on our calendar and may be credited toward a future design package as outlined in the client agreement.

Reservation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Design Deliverables

Design concepts, mood boards, layouts, sourcing plans, renderings, and styling recommendations are created specifically for the client and may not be copied, reproduced, shared commercially, or reused without written permission.

7. Purchasing & Product Availability

Furniture, decor, finishes, and materials are subject to:

  • availability,
  • shipping delays,
  • vendor discontinuation,
  • pricing fluctuations,
  • and manufacturer changes.

Panache Interiors LLC is not responsible for third-party shipping or manufacturing delays.

8. Contractor & Installation Disclaimer

Panache Interiors LLC may recommend contractors or vendors; however, we are not responsible for the performance, actions, scheduling, licensing, or workmanship of third-party contractors.

Clients are responsible for approving and contracting directly with vendors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Photography & Portfolio Rights

Panache Interiors LLC reserves the right to photograph completed spaces and use project images for:

  • portfolio purposes,
  • website content,
  • social media,
  • marketing materials,
  • and promotional use.

Client privacy and identifying information will be respected whenever possible.

10. Website Content

All website content, graphics, branding, copy, and design materials are the intellectual property of Panache Interiors LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Panache Interiors LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages,
  • contractor errors,
  • product defects,
  • shipping delays,
  • or damages resulting from misuse of design recommendations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

Panache Interiors LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
